Whether you are an athlete navigating the arena, a student facing exams, or a professional managing a demanding career, we take the time to deeply understand what is happening in your world and align our work with how you want to both perform and feel.
Because everyone’s needs are different, sessions are never one-size-fits-all. Some days you may need a reflective space to process the emotional demands of your sport or life, while other days we will be more "hands-on," focusing on building a practical toolkit of mental skills.
Together, we’ll aim to build your self-awareness and develop strategies that are designed for the real world - tools you can rely on in high-stakes situations, not just within the four walls of a session.
There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet. My role is to meet you exactly where you are and work collaboratively at a pace that feels right for you. This is your space to reflect, learn, and grow, ensuring that you leave with the clarity needed to stay confident in performance and balanced in life.
The Initial Session
This session is about getting to know you and what’s brought you in. We’ll talk through your goals and current challenges, while also giving you a feel for how sessions work and whether it’s the right fit. There’s no pressure to share everything at once - we go at a pace that feels comfortable.
The Ongoing Sessions
These sessions build on what we’ve started, with a focus on developing skills, insight, and strategies that support both performance and wellbeing. Sessions might involve reflection, skill-building, problem-solving, or working through challenges as they come up. Throughout, we work together to be mentally flexible and adapt as your goals, sport, or life circumstances change.
Online Sessions
Online sessions are offered through Microsoft Teams, a secure and easy-to-use platform.
Online sessions offer the flexibility to join from wherever you are, meaning they’re a practical option for busy schedules, travel, or athletes based remotely.

Medicare Rebates:
Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP. Please provide a copy of your MHTP. Rebates differ depending on the service provided.**
Check In Sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

**At the time of service, fees will need to be paid in full prior to Medicare or private insurance claims being submitted.
Private Health Insurance:
If your private health insurance covers psychology sessions, you may be eligible to claim money back depending on your level of cover.**
