As a psychologist and mental performance consultant, I work primarily with young people (15+) and adults, supporting athletes, coaches, professionals, and performing artists to build mental skills, manage pressure, and look after their wellbeing.
My work blends performance psychology with evidence-based psychological support, recognising that how someone performs and how they feel are closely linked - both in performance settings and in everyday life.
Beyond individual performance, I also work with teams, schools, and organisations to deliver practical education, workshops, and ongoing support. Whether within or outside of high-performance settings, my goal is to help people perform well, cope better, and feel more confident in how they show up.
