Psychologlist and Mental Performance Consultant

A love of sport, a curiosity about people, and a firm belief in the power of growth are what led me to this work.

Having competed as an elite volleyball player both nationally and internationally, I have personal insight into the grit, pressure, and complex identity that comes with high performance.

 

I’ve since shifted my focus from the court to the consulting room, because I’ve seen firsthand that the "mental game" is what truly dictates your confidence, your results, and your wellbeing - whether you are an athlete, a student, or a professional.

 

Today, I work as a psychologist and mental performance consultant to create a supportive, practical space for individuals, coaches, and teams to build self-awareness and navigate the demands of their environment.

 

My goal is to help you develop the mental skills needed to thrive under pressure, ensuring that your pursuit of excellence supports your mental health rather than competing with it.

 

Whether you are chasing a podium finish, leading a team, or simply looking to feel more grounded in your daily life, I’m here to help you grow both in performance and in life.

I aim to help you - athletes, coaches, organisations, professionals, students - bridge the gap between mental wellbeing and your performance goals.

My approach is warm, direct, and practical - focused on helping you understand what’s going on in your mind, develop skills you can actually use, and feel more confident in how you show up.

 

Whether we are working on individual mental skills, psychological wellbeing, or designing wellbeing systems for your team, my goal is to help you build mental performance that makes you feel confident and balanced.

 

With a background in elite sport, education, and clinical settings, I aim to help move beyond the struggle and perform with clarity when it matters most.
